Press Release: ProNett Implemented by Regent Inns

PPM & Associates has expanded ProNett, their maintenance management software solution, into Regents Inns.

ProNett is a web-enabled software solution that is developed and provided by PPM & Associates. ProNett is the market leader, used by 20% of the managed pub and restaurant sector in the UK.

ProNett facilitates the central management of all reactive and planned repairs on site. It is one complete, user-friendly management system for maintenance expenditure.

PPM and Associates’ system delivers cost reductions from 15% to 30% of revenue expenditure. Their customers include; JD Wetherspoon, Bay Restaurants, Town and City Pubs, TCG, 3D Entertainment, the Orchid Group, the Slug and Lettuce and now Regent Inns.

Regents Inn was founded in 1977 and owns the market-leading Australian themed Walkabout brand, a leisure brand that boasts live music and extensive sports coverage.

Regent operate around 90 bars and restaurants throughout the UK, including 26 Old Orleans southern American themed restaurants (which they acquired from Punch Taverns in 2006) and also manage and develop 15 Jongleurs Comedy Clubs in addition to 46 Walkabout venues.

The bar and restaurant company implemented the ProNett system on June 2, 2009.
